Print License History On Demand

The Texas Real Estate Commission is pleased to announce the launch of our new automated Certified License History tool. This new features allowing anyone to print a certified license history ON DEMAND for FREE! This is just one more way TREC is working to simplify our processes to provide excellent customer service.

2020 Census, What You Need to Know

Did you know the data collected from the census is used all around you? For Texas to get an accurate level of funding and representation in the future, all Texans should fill out a survey. 

The US constitution requires a census to be conducted every ten years to count everyone living. After each census, the information is used for the following:

    COVID-19 has impacted daily life as we know it.  In the midst of this crisis, the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) has worked to ensure continued service to license holders and the public while protecting our employees. As a result, our physical offices in Austin are closed to the public, and staff and operations have transitioned to working remotely. 

    UPDATE: Planning and Introductory Tour POSTPONED

    Due to the extraordinary events related to the COVID - 19 outbreak TREC has decided to postpone all dates on the upcoming introductory and planning tour.     A Closer Look at the 2019 Legislative Session

    The 2019 Legislative Session concluded on May 27. With over 7,000 bills filed by legislators, this session was a busy one.  While the Agency’s primary focus this session was on our Sunset legislation, we did keep our eye on the progress of several bills that could have impacted the Agency in one way or another.

    AGENCY RECEIVES DISTINGUISHED AWARDS

    Austin, TX – The Texas Real Estate Commission and Appraiser Licensing & Certification Board is pleased to announce the agency has won two coveted Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO) Communications Awards. One is for the new integrated communications plan, and the other for Board and Commission meeting communications. The agency will be recognized for these achievements and will make presentations on these topics at the ARELLO Annual Conference on September 28th, 2018.
