Filing a complaint with TREC is moving online to the Real Estate and Appraiser License Management Portal (REALM Portal). You have four years after the date of the alleged incident to file a complaint with the Commission.

In late January, the Texas Real Estate Commission launched an online survey to gather information from wholesalers, consumers who have purchased from or sold property to wholesalers, and license holders who have represented a party in a wholesaling transaction.

Greetings from Austin. We are just on the other side of another Commission meeting and participation in Texas REALTORS Winter Meeting. The TREC & TALCB Joint Audit Committee ("Audit Committee") consists of two members of the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and one member of the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board (TALCB). The Chair of the Commission shall appoint the two Commission members and the Chair of TALCB shall appoint the TALCB member.
