He is the former Director of the $2B Emerging Manager Program at the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (“TRS”) overseeing investments in early stage or middle market opportunities across real estate and private equity. Stuart is the Chairman of the Young Presidents’ Organization and formerly served on the M.D. Anderson Advance Team Board.
