Apply to offer Real Estate CE Courses
Approved CE Providers must:
- Submit a CE course application for each course that they propose to offer
- Not offer a CE course until you have received a course approval letter from the Commission
Real estate contracts CE courses are devoted solely to the topic of real estate contracts. Sales agents and brokers are required to complete 3 hours of real estate contracts CE courses during each license renewal term.

CE providers may request approval to offer a CE course approved for another CE provider. Permission to offer the course must be included.

The subject matter and content for real estate non-elective CE courses is specifically mandated and provided by TREC.
Non-elective CE courses are designed for interactive classroom delivery. CE providers need to demonstrate methods to engage students in interactive discussions and activities to meet course objectives and time requirements.
