As of February 1, 2021 sales agents and brokers are required to complete at least three hours in contract-related coursework as part of the 18 hours of continuing education (CE) required to renew a license or activate a license.  

License holders within their renewal period can use the “View Renewal Education Information” button within the license holder lookup to confirm if this course requirement has been completed. 

License holders needing to find a qualified contracts courses can search on the TREC website using the “contracts” filter on the “Approved Real Estate CE Course List.”
