Apply to offer Inspector CE Courses
Approved CE Providers must:
- Submit a CE course application for each course that they propose to offer
- Not offer a CE course until you have received a course approval letter from the Commission
Inspector CE Courses

- Complete the Inspector CE Course Application
- Pay the required fee
- Include a timed course outline
CE Course Approved for Another Provider
CE providers may request approval to offer a CE course approved for another CE provider. Permission to offer the course must be included.

Inspector Non-Elective CE Course
The subject matter and content for the 8 Hour Inspector Legal & Ethics and SOP Review course is specifically mandated and provided by TREC. Final exams have been promulgated by TREC for this course.
Non-elective CE courses are designed for interactive classroom delivery. CE providers need to demonstrate methods to engage students in interactive discussions and activities to meet course objectives and time requirements.
